The Office of the Registrar supports the academic mission of 糖心传媒 by providing academic support services to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the broader university community. We ensure the integrity of 糖心传媒’s academic records by upholding compliance to academic policies, safeguarding the privacy of student records, and providing accurate and timely data. The Office of the Registrar staff fosters a culture of inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
The Office is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction in all aspects of its operations, which include:
- Coordinating course, final exam, and classroom scheduling
- Overseeing transfer credit evaluations and student registration
- Managing grades and degree audits
- Maintaining the permanent academic records of students
- Ensuring compliance with academic and federal regulations as well as with records policies
- Managing veterans benefit certifications
- Publishing the University Academic Catalog and academic calendars
- Producing official transcripts, enrollment certifications, diplomas, and graduation verifications
- Servicing inquiries from a wide range of university and external stakeholders and customers
- Data custody, management, analytics, and reporting
